How can I get Econ 401 to count as social science?

I took Econ 401 (intermediate microeconomics) under the assumption that it counted as social science credit. I just found out that it doesn’t because it is “QR” credit. I changed it to pass fail. Is there anything I can do to make it count as SS?

no. They even explicitly say it doesnt count

??? According to the excel sheet on the IOE site it says it counts as an SS credit (and nothing I noticed excludes it from being counted based on the engineering criteria). Is this for a distribution credit for LSA?

sorry i meant it doesnt count as IOE non-technical elective. I got it mixed up.

I’m an EE major and they count Econ 401 as a tech elective, but only if you don’t take it pass/fail, and it changed it to pass fail without knowing that.
