How can i get homework done faster?

I do homework from 2:30-11:00 most of the time. Sometimes i am up past one. I have done tons of googling about time management, and have tried several techniques(pomodoro technique, (10X2) +5, etc…)

But nothing works so far, i cant get stuff done fast enough! I’ll be in a harder schedule next semester, and an even harder one next school year so i need to find some sort of solution soon!

Does anyone have any tips?

Do your homework during lunch. For example, I have Spanish after lunch, so I usually do my homework for Spanish during lunch before it’s due.

Do your homework during other classes, if the teacher is okay with it. (Not every day, but it works occasionally.)

Do some homework in the morning before school. (Typically the easier stuff. I can’t think straight until noon.)

If you have a ton of homework, don’t go intensely above and beyond on the assignments. Do the minimum to get 100% and not much more.

I like to have music or a movie playing in the background while I’m doing my homework, especially if it’s boring, but others might find that distracting.

ONLY do your homework that’s due directly the next day, unless you have a really time-consuming project to work on. What I do is write down everything in my planner and then highlight what is actually due the next day. I’ve never had all my homework completely done, but I finish what I need to have done for the next day.

“Harder schedule” doesn’t actually mean it will end up being more time-consuming. Teachers of harder classes are probably less likely to give pointless homework. You might have to study more, though.

Find more efficient/faster ways to study.

It might be necessary to cut back on extracurriculars/work hours if your grades are suffering.

Use weekends to do homework you already know is due sometime next week, even if it’s not due on Monday.
