Right now I can’t get up without coffee or a monster, I want natural energy .
How can I do this, Im a little chubby is that matters .

Erm, since you’re a little chubby, I suggest working out. Play some basketball or run, or something that gets you active. You tend to sleep better when you are active, which gives you more energy in the morning.

Yes, get active! I was the same way before I enlisted then I started talking a brisk walk in the morning which turned into a light run and REALLY improved my energy for the day.

Agreed, work out, but also watch what you’re eating. A change in your diet can make a world of difference. Obviously I don’t know anything about your diet but if you eat like many people… Try adding just one more veggie at dinner and lay off of the cookies, candy, etc. If you’re drinking coke or pepsi or whatever with your meals try just having it with one meal a day, eventually cutting it out completely. Replace it with water (although milk is healthier ). Another thing a lot of people don’t realize- the bottled orange juice that you might be getting with breakfast (and yes, you should be eating breakfast!) can be 2.5 servings in one container, but since it’s a single bottle people often drink the whole thing. That’s a LOT of sugar.

God, I sound like my mother. Sorry about that.
/healthy eating rant

They say that eating an apple in the morning can give you the same energy boost of a cup of coffee

Make sure you’re getting enough sleep at night and maybe try going on a morning run.

Play 60!

get out and play an hour a day!

Sleep is most of it. Yes food play a big role, but the quality of your sleep is most important in your energy. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not so much the quantity of sleep you get, but the quality. Make sure you try to eliminate late night bathroom ventures by not drinking fluids close to bedtime. Foods such as almonds, bananas, milk, honey, and tea can help before bed. Make sure your room is dark for good sleep. Working out and releasing all the pent up energy works wonders for sleep as well, but not working out and getting your heartbeat up around bedtime.

You don’t need caffeine, or any other chemicals to give you energy. Just make sure to recharge your body at night so that you’re good to go the next day ;)

Sleep is a big part of it. Exercise, however, will help you sleep better and will actually give you more energy to go through your day. Exercising releases a lot of the extra tension in your body that is built up by sleep, so you’ll sleep more soundly and feel mroe rested in the morning. In addition, it’ll make you feel more awake during the day.

The most important thing of all, of course, is to make sure you get enough sleep. But I’d recommend that you maybe walk around for a few minutes - maybe take a few steps outside or something - to wake up before you go to breakfast, so you aren’t falling asleep all morning.

Word, I need to sleep more .

I gave up caffeine once on a bet. It is amazing how much more energy i have now that i dont drink it, i have no idea if this is related or just in my mind, but it worked for me.
