How can I increase my chances of getting into Williams College or Northwestern?

Hello my name is Tyler and I am currently a junior and I have started looking at colleges. I am really interested in Williams College and Northwestern University because they have amazing theater programs. As you can see I plan on majoring in theater in college wherever I go and double major in either English or political science in case acting doesn’t work out for me. I have not taken the SAT’s or ACT’s yet or the SAT subject tests. My unweighted GPA as of now is at 3.8 and weighted is at 4.2. I know that I have to raise my GPA but I feel confident that I will by the beginning of senior year. I am also aware that Williams and Northwestern are prestigious universities that have a low acceptance rate but I would like some advice to increase my chances of getting into those schools. I am studying for the SAT’s so I hope I do well. My extra curricular activities are weak but they include dance since 6th grade and I continued doing it in high school and plan on continuing doing it, red cross since 9th grade don’t know amount of hours yet, hospital volunteer 80 hours plan to do 150, volunteer and field advocate for american foundation for suicide prevention since 10th grade, and theater of course for 2 years. I found my love for theater at a late age and I hope that doesn’t harm me.
