how can i prepare for the "what can you add to this school? " college interview question ?

i mean, are they asking for my “quirkiness”? because, im tbh really introverted but i have a tendency to voice my opinion when i think something is going downhill.

I don’t think they are asking specifically for your “quirky” qualities. I think the school just wants to know what makes you unique, what activities will you be involved with, what perspective will you bring to class discussions, etc.
