How can I raise my ACT score by 8 points?

I’m just kind of sad that I got a 19 the first time I ever took it.
Now, I’m taking it in Oct. in 2 weeks.
English: 19
Math: 20
Reading: 16
Science: 20
English/Writing: 20

Please be honest with me. Can I raise my ACT score within 2 weeks??
