Even the forms for other schools are provided in a PDF form. How am I suppose to type it and send it online?</p>
<p>There should be a function where you could type in the information into the form, but if there isn’t, just print out the forms, neatly write in your info, and then scan the forms, and send them online.</p>
<p>Go to commonapp.org. Look at the box in the center of their homepage, where it says “apply”. Under the spot for username and password, you’ll see a small link: "Never registered? Go here. When you click on that, you’ll go to a registration screen…fill it out, follow the prompts, and you will be taken to the online common app! (According to my daughter, it’s clunky until you get started…but then it flows pretty well.) The “download forms” button at the top does give you access to the .PDF forms (which she printed as sort of a what-comes-next reference), but if you’re going to submit online, go through the enrollment procedure, etc as described above. Make sure you know your username and password – you’re NOT going to get it done in one sitting…but you can come back. Good luck!</p>

<p>you need to add Carnegie Mellon as a college in your common app account. After you do that, the supplement for that school will become available to you.</p>
