How can I send my Financial Aid application?

<p>I apply to Richmond. Can I send my Financial aid application by fax? Or must it be mailed? As Richmond requires International Financial Certification ? I want to send it on Nov 29th but at that time I am sure that they do not answer my question in time.</p>
