<p>I worked on a cancer research project for the whole summer with a professor. He would give me a great reference letter. Does the professor send the letter directly to my HS counselor and then the counselor forwards them in a sealed envelope. I hate to bug the professor to write reference letters for each schools and send them via sealed envelopes. The better idea would be to write one reference letter and let some official like my HS counselor make copies of the reference letters and send it to the schools. The bottomline is sending it via sealed envelopes. Thanks</p>
<p>You can invite him just like your HS teachers into the common app; from there he can write one letter to electronically submit to all the CA schools. I don’t think it would be too much of a problem for him to make copies of the letter and put it into sealed envelopes for the non-common-app schools, especially if you provide the envelopes, stamps, and addressing services.</p>
