<p>Does every University care so much about personal Essay? If i need to write, what should i include to make it better?

<p>i dont think publics pay attention to essays as much as privates do.
a great essay shows how you have grown as an individual, a student, and as a mentor (even if its to yourself)
those are the 3 things ive aimed for in my essays</p>
<p>for example, my essay was about my educational struggle through highschool.
i grew as an individual when i realized graduating was more than a piece of paper
i grew as a student when i earned my competitive GPA through a CC
and i grew as a mentor by doing research on human trafficking and doing lots of mentor work with students like myself.</p>

<p>i would def get people to read it before submitting it. pref the ones that know you and who dont that way you can compare the impressions that your essay gives :)</p>
