<p>You might choose based on which category has fewer listings, it is not critical in most of the borderline cases, what is more important is to present a cohesive overall picture. I would probably go with leadership if they both have the same # of listings</p>
<p>Doesn’t really matter, it will be read either way. I’d put it under Leadership.</p>
