How colleges view SAT IIs

I unfortunately made the mistake of deciding to send two SAT subjects test scores to my top colleges (ivies, top liberal arts) when I signed up for them, without really studying for them. Because they were Math 1 and US History, I had assumed that what I already learned in school would be somewhat sufficient. (Ignorant, I know)

I ended up getting mid-600s on both. I know that this type of score is not at all in the competitive range for the schools I’m looking at, especially because of which tests they are. However, I plan to take Spanish, Lit, and Math 2 (after studying for them all summer) in October. Assuming that I receive 750+ on all of them, will my less than satisfactory scores be ignored?
