How crazy is my list

Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask if anyone would have any advice for me on applying to my regular schools; I’m applying to a whole boatload of ivies, partly because my family wants me to but also partly because I figure the more I apply to the better my chances will be of getting to at least one. Basically, here are my stats. Would it be a waste of time for me to do the super reach ones like Harvard, Yale, and Princeton? Which schools sound reasonable?
P.S. Obviously I’m not only applying to ivies (not yet that delusional); I will be applying to targets and slightly less reachy schools, and have already gotten a few safeties. Input would be much appreciated!

OBJECTIVE
SAT: 1520
ACT: 34
SAT IIs:
Math II 800
Chemistry 730
US History 700

Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4.0
Rank: School doesn’t rank
APs:
AP World (4)
AP Chem (4)
APUSH (4)
AP Lit (5)
AP Physics I (4)
Currently taking all APs: Lang, Calc BC, Stat, Microeconomics, Bio
Intended major: Natural sciences or mathematics (data science maybe)

Extracurricular Activities:
Did independent research on Alzheimer’s over the summer and junior year
Science Olympiad Club
Debate Team
NHS
Volunteered at a few places, about 150 hours
Tutor in secondary school math and english

Summer Activities: Did one summer program at Columbia and worked mostly

Common App essay: Wrote about my mom, single mother; and connected that to my experience with research (ties together pretty well in my opinion)

Overall my weaknesses probably lie in few outstanding extracurriculars and leadership positions, I know a ton of CC members are probably more qualified but I figured, since you only apply to college once (or twice) in your life, might as well try your chances at everything. The other schools on my list are:

Boston College
NYU
Johns Hopkins
UChicago (applied, deferred)
CMU
UMichigan
Barnard
And I got into my safeties which are the SUNYs. Once again, sincerely really just wanted to know if the super reachy ivies are worth applying to, just please don’t be rude about it.
