How difficult is course selection for freshman?

I was offered a guaranteed transfer at another school, so if I do decide to pursue it I absolutely have to have the required courses completed, and with a B or above in all. The required courses are:
One full academic year of Introductory Biology with labs
Two College Writing/English Composition courses or one writing/composition and Public Speaking
Statistics
Chemistry I & II with labs

Does anyone know if it’s difficult for freshman to get into these classes? Is there a chance I won’t be able to take them? I will be in the Nutritional Science major in Steinhardt, if that makes a difference.
Thanks!

All of those classes with the possible exception of public speaking are easy for freshman to get into because chemistry and biology are both huge classes (800 people-ish) and Steinhardt requires two small writing classes during freshman year. However, I don’t know if they’ll let you take those classes in place of whatever freshman classes are required for the Nutritional Science major. Best to talk to an advisor in the department IMO
