How difficult is it for a Canadian to get an American masters degree?

So I go to a mid-size Canadian university and have the marks and experience to give myself a pretty good chance to get into the program I really want (the M.S. in Human Resources from Loyola)

With 12 courses costing $3,000 a piece (I couldn’t find costs for international students) plus living expenses, is it possible to get a loan for this 1 year program from someone or am I pretty much out of luck?

Any input is appreciated since I know nothing about this. My parents were able to pay for my undergrad but one year at Loyola would cost 3 to 4 times more than a year at university here.

It is very hard, if not impossible, to get financial aid for a masters program. Especially as an international. I am not familiar with the financial aid practices of Loyola, but you may need to look for external funding/loan sources.
