How do A+'s impact GPA?

<p>Just wondering, if I got A+ in some of my courses this semester, will they convert to 4.3 or4.4 once I start at Ross? or does my GPA reset completely and only A+'s from sophomore year onwards boost my GPA. Right now they are only factoring in as 4.0’s</p>
