My highest individual scores have a sum of 2274.
Would they then convert that to percentiles?
Also, why do boarding schools super-score?

Why:
How:
They do go into the score report and look at each score V,Q,R. With a score above 90% I doubt it will matter if they convert your super score to percentile. Remember they look at TONS of scores all the time, they probably have a good sense of what that score is. Your superscore is probably around a 96/97%. It is at least a 96% I can say for sure.
However, remember that scores are not going to “get you in.” They need to be good enough not to “knock you out.” But if schools are looking at the scores last, there is little chance they are going to say wow, a 96% superscore, move that one to the top of the pile. I was told this by an AO so it isn’t just my guess (although obviously all schools approach it differently).
@dogsmama1997 Thank you!
Along the same lines, no AO is going to say “Wow, a 99% without a superscore; move that one to the top of the pile.”
It’s just another (of many) example of “It is what it is.”
The fact that it probably isn’t a huge application changer does take some of the fun out of making a huge improvement on the test.
Then some people might benefit from a different definition of “fun.” Personally, I’m glad that I was a “one and done.”
