<p>How do colleges know if one’s school has a really low API score, is in the bad part of town and doesn’t offer AP classes to most students until they reach Junior or senior year? Are the counselors supposed to report that with the SR report? What about soft factors like first generation to go to college, etc, etc.? Are we supposed to mention things like that on the additional comments section of the application?</p>
