How do I change this application?

<p>Alright so before the deadline I applied to U of Illinois. I take a quick look at my application status and there were a few problems: My last name was spelled (capitalized) incorrectly, and I seem to have forgotten to put down my full last name (instead of just the middle initial), that one’s on me. The problem: how do I fax this… with a signature?</p>

<p>Ugh, I’m about to just scrap this idea of changing my app, this is just too much of a hassle.</p>

<p>contact admissions and they should be able to tell you what to do, and if they can fix it. Usually you can change things on your application status check though.</p>
