How do I cover up the low Verbal score??

<p>Hi, could you nice parents plz help me out!!</p>

<p>I scored a 610 on the SAT verbal, and am an intl student. I’ve got straight A’s in school (in English). Is there anything I can do to counter this problem on my app?? I’m looking at very competitive schools like HYP and MIT.</p>

<p>If English is not your first language then your SAT Verbal is fine. You might want to take the TOEFL and get a high score on that. If English is your first language, then make sure you have dynamite essays!</p>
