My startup was Invited to the Web Summit to exhibit. But I wont be able to go there as it is clashing with my Final exams. How can I mention this in the application(Except essays). Is there any way of mentioning this in the app??

I would talk to your teachers about possibly taking your exams early so you can attend the summit if it would be a big deal.

If your teachers won’t let you take the exams at a different time, and your principal cannot override their decisions, then you will need to decide whether to attend the conference or to stay home and take your exams. It really is that simple.
Do you have anyone else who can represent your start up at the conference? If so, send that person.
It might be an instance where you want your parents to get involved. Perhaps you and your parents can set up a meeting with the principal to discuss.
