How do I email the Admissions Office regarding this topic?

<p>So a BU admissions representative emailed me regarding an SAT score issue I asked him about. I wanted to know if Jan scores were accepted for RD applications.</p>

<p>“If you register for additional exams after submitting your application, please contact the Admissions Office to add this information to your application file.”</p>

<p>I am registered for the JAN 26 SAT (this saturday) but did not report that date on my common app. How do I FORMALLY email the admissions office to notify them (to wait for my Jan scores)? If you could give me the exact words it would be great, as I have no idea how to start off the email. I have emailed them for many things, but I’m pretty stuck on this one.</p>
