Hi! For Princeton do they mail, email, or post in the portal the decision?
It will be posted in the portal followed by a letter in the mail.
@Cantiger, if you are rejected, do they mail that letter no matter what in addition to the portal announcement?
Don’t know about PTon but some colleges do NOT mail an actual rejection letter if the applicant accesses the decision via the portal. Waste of resources, really.
@T26E4 raises a good point. I am not certain if Princeton still sends out letters to students who have been rejected if they have accessed the decision portal…it certainly sounds like better use of resources on their behalf. I know accepted applicants still receive a letter and my understanding from the most recent round of SCEA decisions is that deferred applicants do as well.
