I am currently a student at a community college and I’m considered out of district. I’m struggling to keep up with my school bills so I’m looking into possibly transferring if schools where I’m qualified for in state. So how do I find out what schools I qualify for is state?

It’s based upon where you live. It’s not a pick and choose. There are some states that will give you instate because they need the residents, and like high stats kids. You can try: Montana, Wyoming and U of Maine.
