How do I get in the UMASS Athletics program?

<p>Let’s say hypothetically, I get in UMASS Amherst. First off, I have no idea how I will pay but moving on, if I am accepted, how can I get on the basketball team? They seem to be really good. And I don’t know anything about college basketball.</p>

<p>When you say you don’t know anything about college basketball, do you mean, what is the procedure for contacting coaches/getting recruited/etc?</p>

<p>It’s a division 1 program. If you weren’t recruited, your changes are very remote.</p>
