<p>They look at SAT, so retake if you didn’t do well in high school. Would you really want to spend ivy money for an RN?</p>
<p>ivies, aside from cornell and penn, to be best of my knowledge, aren’t vocational schools…</p>
<p>I dunno but for ivies, I get the impression that scores alone will definitely not get u in- U need to do something creative and noteworthy and make it apparent that u r doing it because u love it and show lots of initiative, passion and drive which EVERYONE from ur dean of admissions to ur professors shud definitely mention in ur recs- The schools have to feel like they’ll be making a stupid decision or at least a costly one rejecting u or losing you to their rivals-Frankly, I think that’s what makes the difference between getting admitted and getting rejected given that:</p>
<p>I. Everyone’s as smart as u are and prolly have really high G.P.As
II. Their admit rates are ridiculously low-</p>
<p>So keep up the G.P.A plus test scores, but trust me, u will still be thousands of miles away from those schools if u don’t have extra compelling other things like the ones I mentioned above-</p>
