How do I send in letters of rec for scholarships?

I’m applying to a dozen or more small scholarships which require letters of recommendation. How do I send them in? I have a physical, unopened copy of my letter which I could scan and email, but I’m not sure if it needs to be confidential. I feel bad about constantly bugging my recommender to resend his letters.

Also, is it ok to reuse my college recommendation for scholarships?

Ask in guidance tomorrow morning.

In my school, there are no "physical unopened copies’ of letters; absolutely ALL letters go through guidance.

Your school may very well have the same policy. If not, then there is already a protocol in place for handling those letters; you just have to stop in and ask.
