How do I send my 2010 AP scores to UCLA?

<p>I’ve been trying to call the Collegeboard phone services, but it’s always unavailable and I end up having to put down my social security # and birth date. They say they don’t have me in their database. I think I lost the AP Student Pack booklet for 2010, so what am I supposed to do?!</p>

<li>Do you still have your AP Score report from 2010? There are AP Scores Request Form inside. You can use it to request scores to send to schools.</li>
<li>Did you take AP test this year? If you have put UCLA as a school that you want to send scores too, CB will include your scores in the past and send ALL your scores to UCLA.</li>
