How Do I Stand?

Hello everyone. I am a student at De Anza community college who is hoping to transfer in the near future. I have just completed my first year of community college. I am wondering what my chances are of being accepted to colleges if I apply this fall. Let me know if there’s any more info I should disclose.

My major is Computer Science. At the moment of this post I have a 3.7 college GPA.

The main reason I am concerned is because, as of spring 2016, I will be missing two math classes (Math 1C and Linear Algebra). If they let me transfer summer 2016 classes I will only be missing Linear Algebra. All my other pre reqs will be done. So do I look good or will I likely need to spend a 3rd year at De Anza.

Also is there anything more that I can or anything I can do differently to help my standing?

Thank you in advance for taking the time to reply to my thread and for the advice
