I am international (Portugal) and Id really like to increase my SAT writing and language score. I am on the 600 range but Id
like to get a 750.

For a non-native speaker, that’s pretty good! The writing section can be full of subtleties and figurative language that are challenging for native speakers of English. My advice would be to practice as much as you can.
