<p>I put on my application I was Native American, Cuban, and Jamaican. I just recently got into contact with a NA community leader and am joining the community as a student representative.</p>
<p>How do I contact colleges to tell them I am part of this community and volunteer within it?</p>
<p>(I just turned in my applications and I need to update colleges to allow them to know I have community involvement).</p>
