Ok. So I'm a hispanic male junior interested in computer science. I'm looking to apply to Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, Rensselaer, Caltech, Stanford, MIT, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Georgia Tech. So, I have solid SAT, GPA, courseload, and EC's. My individual grades are what scare me.
I have basically all A's/A-'s (including all science: AP Bio, Chemistry Honors, and Physics Honors) except in Precalc Honors, and possibly CALC AP. I have B+'s in those. If I did end the year with a B+ in Calc, how much would this decrease my chances for admission for computer science at these schools?

Please help me out...
