I attended two undergrad universities (I attended one for two years and then transferred my Junior year). How will medical school admission committees evaluate my two undergrad GPA’s? Will they look at each one individually, or will they evaluate my combined GPA from the two universities?

During the screening process schools will only consider your combined GPA. If your application makes it to the committee review/interview stage, then your transcript will be examined in more detail.
