My goal is to go to the University of Illinois for software engineering or computer science. I am currently a sophomore in high school, and it’s the first semester. So far, I have a weighted GPA of 4.2 and unweighted of 3.6. During my freshman year, I only took one honors course and that was Spanish. I decided to push myself and take more, so now I am taking four. I hope to take some AP classes junior and senior year. Nevertheless, how does the GPA sound so far? I know I have plenty of room to improve and first quarter hasn’t even ended yet. I just would like to know where I’m at. Thanks!
