How do SAT Foreign Language scores compare to scores on the ILR/ CEFR Scales?

I recently took the Italian SAT Subject test, and scored pretty well, however I felt like the test was very easy. I was wondering if anyone knew how you could convert scores from the SAT Subject tests to the scores on the ILR/ CEFR Scales?

Because the CollegeBoard only recommends 2-4 years of class study, I would assume that an 800 on any given language exam would not correspond to an R-5 (or L-5, if the listening test is taken) on the ILR or C2 on the CEFR, and since I got above a 700 after only about six months of self-study, I would guess that a 700 is probably only around an R-3 on the ILR (since I took reading) and maybe B1 on the CEFR. But since the CEFR includes all aspects of the language (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), I would guess that any conversions from the SAT to CEFR would be pretty difficult to make.

I tried to find a chart, but couldn’t find anything. Does anyone know where I could find such a chart? Thanks!

AFAIK, one does not exist. IMO, the SAT Subject Tests test at the A2 level of CEFR and the AP tests at B1.

Right

@skieurope Thanks! As soon as I made this post I was looking it over and figured B1 and R-3 both seemed a little bit to high for a 700 on the SAT II. I am content with my A2
