How do they charge for the rent?

<p>HI, I m just wondering…how they charge for the rent. I was alloted the Santa Ynez Apartment. Today, I noticed that they charged 185 dollars for the rent and it say…“S.Ynez 1-Mo Rent”. So is this my rent?</p>
