How do things change?

I’m taking AP studio art, and the theme is “change”
if you guys could just give me any ideas of ‘how things change’, I would really appreciate it. :)

I already did season change.

Things dont change.

Barack Obama.

^ good one

The More things Change, the more they stay the same
Go watch the movie “Palindromes” and read the wiki explanation of it
Reinventing yourself in college, etc.
Snapping and completely changing
Abuse –> shell of yourself
Fear of change
Clothing

 • showing your ankle in Victorian times used to mean, “have my babies!”

ooo. you could do a a theme of major political leaders that lead revolutions and such. Stalin, FDR, Hitler, Washington. maybe it’s too gimmicky though.

Childhood to adolescence. That’s a pretty large change, though I guess you could argue that they’re the same.

haha thanks guys, I already did childhood to adolescence, season, change of transportation.

Climate Change, Change of heart, change in train of thought

idk, some random ideas off the top of my head

Your life changes when you start taking AP classes. Psychosis sets in.

I like the change of heart idea, or changing your mind.
Changing sides? Change machine? Changing with the times? Change of scenery? Subject change? Changing channels? Making a change in the world? “Be the change you wish to see in the world”? Big changes? Little changes? Life changing?

You could do a lot of plays on words with some of those.

War changes things. I know that sounds overdramatic, but you could explore that in a lot of different ways.

Thank you all for answers. It helped A LOT!

By any chance, could you post a link to your portfolio if you’ve posted it online? I think the CC members would love to see what you did with this theme.
