How do "treat" yourself?

<p>Bring my lunch to work, shut door and eat at desk with a book and music. Turn off lights, grab 2 pillows and blanket kept in office, turn off phone ringer, lean back in chair with feet on desk and nap for 30 minutes. It really recharges me for the rest of the day.</p>

<p>Read a book, nap (I do like to nap), or sit in my yard. </p>

<p>I may have to start the messages too.</p>
