It depends on the UC. Berkley & Merced = NO because they are on the semester system. I know UCI is accepting for winter, if you qualify for the PAIF waiver … (thats where I am going). In June, go to the UC application web site, and they will be able to tell you which schools will be accepting winter apps. Then you apply in July. But most schools don’t accept spring ones.

interesting.

I’d actually would prefer to transfer in spring cause i need to complete my Ochem sequence

bump…

Yea, just call the school you are interested in like 8 months before the start of the term

I wanted to transfer in the spring or winter also because I had 60 units by the end of my first year. Unfortunately, I was unable to because the UC’s that I wanted to go to (LA and SD) did not accept spring or winter transfers for major (psych). I know that it is very rare for them to take winter/spring transfers but if they do, it is only for selected majors.

which majors?

did some research

Another reason to hate Arnold.

UCLA does not take any transfer into winter/spring (sorry)

and you can only apply to transfer to SD in winter/spring if you are a TAG participant

thats the two schools that i want to go to. :(

Arnold wasn’t governor when the admissions were revoked I remember it quit clearly since mine was one of the revoked ones.

Does anyone know how weird it is to transfer winter quarter? (UCI/ with an admissions agreement) Know anything about housing?

I apologize to Arnold. But i still hate him for the increase in CC tuition and him wanting to lower fafsa money and half a dozen of other cuts he has made.
