I was looking through the package today and I couldnt find instructions as to how to send in the photo.

2

you should receive a separate mailing that has a form and directions for the '09 directory.

what if i didn’t?

4

find a link of the website and call them

I read on the mailing that they are going to send out a few more reminders so maybe if you’re international then it hasnt gotten to you?
