how do white girls feel about asian guys?

…personally I don’t find Jackie Chan’s character offensive, especially in comparison to a lot of other portrayals of Asian men. Movies where the main character is white, goes to an Asian country, beats out all the other Asian guys and gets the girl is far more offensive to me (Tokyo Drift, a few Steven Seagal movies, no idea what the titles were) or when an inept Asian antagonist gets totally owned.

I haven’t seen Tokyo Drift, but from what I see in the clips and trailers, that movie isn’t so bad. It actually shows some pretty suave/cool Asian guys in there that are actually of high social and romantic stature (well, it IS Japan after all); the fact that the white guy may ultimately get the girl in the end is of little importance to me.</p>
