how do white girls feel about asian guys?

I haven’t seen Tokyo Drift, but from what I see in the clips and trailers, that movie isn’t so bad. It actually shows some pretty suave/cool Asian guys in there that are actually of high social and romantic stature (well, it IS Japan after all); the fact that the white guy may ultimately get the girl in the end is of little importance to me.

<p>And that’s only b/c the director, an Asian-American, Justin Lin, had to fight hard to get some AM characters which weren’t the typical Hollywood spiel. Lin had the character of the “buddy” to the WM lead fleshed out/more developed with the intent of it being an AM. The studio wanted Lin to change the character to a WM or BM, but he was eventually ablke to get his way.</p>

She said that it is much worse for guys. She said that she knew a bunch of white guys there (americans that is) and she said they spent many days, practically running from girls that would never stop following them around or flirting with them. Like if he invited 2 girls to go with him somewhere, a whole flock of 10+ would follow.

<p>There are a (small) % of Japanese girls who are “groupies” (the same group of girls tend to meet the newest arrivals from the US, Australia, Canada, the UK, etc. over and over again).</p>
