So, by the information i have been given first hand, by someone who has lived in japan for about 1.5 years of her life (she had an internship too), i think that when the white guy gets the asian girl, in the case of tokyo drift, is not at all racist since according to my tutor, that is basically what happens to all the guys.

<p>It doesn’t happen to all guys. Just white guys. Asian females idolize white guys its not even a joke. Especially in Japan, Korea, and China.</p>

<p>This is mainly on koreans and the guy that wrote it is half black and half korean so it has a lot of info on black and korean relations but it makes some pretty good points about race in general so actually read the whole article. It is pretty interesting. I know I read some articles online that are more tailored to the situation at hand so when I find them I will post the link.
