I found the cost analysis form (http://www.oafa.pitt.edu/pdf/CostAnalysisWorksheet.pdf) but did not see where/how to send it. Are there directions somewhere? Is it appropriate to send a letter along with the cost analysis stating why you think they should give you more aid (besides the cost analysis)? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
I would call and ask but I believe I sent it to oafa@pitt.edu and received a response and projected timeframe for a decision on the appeal - think it was 7-10 days but response for me came sooner than that. I did this in 2013 fwiw.
