How do you avoid lead/mercury poisoning?

Recently, it was proven that the chinese put cadmium in trinkets. Now I’m scared of touching anything made in China, but I can’t avoid it.

Also, I eat fish, including tuna.

And my power drill had a caution sign on it. It said that the dust may contain carcinogens and that the power cord contains lead and that I should always wash my hands. Now I’m worried… If I have to wash my hands, it must be serious.

Don’t eat fish. Seriously, it’s the easiest way.

My house is really old, and babies like to stick things in their mouths, so when I was little, my mother freaked and had me and my sister tested for lead poisoning. We both tested positive. She freaked even more, sent us to stay with our grandparents 500 miles away from the lead paint for a while and cried over our future mental retardation.

But we turned out just fine. The doctor’s testing equipment was just effed up.

Moral is! Don’t freak out too much. I guess. Just don’t stick things in your moth and keep your hands away from your T-zone (eyes, nose, mouth). If you eat fish, eat the kind that are small and live short lives in shallow waters.

Don’t eat big fish because they eat little fish.

Just don’t eat sharks on a regular basis.

OMG. I eat tuna like every 2-3 weeks when I eat sushi…

-.-;

A small amount of tuna is fine!

It’s when you eat tuna more than lets say 3/4 times per week.

Eating tuna once in a while is alright.

Don’t eat humans who eat big fish.

Don’t eat lead.
