How do you even test prep :(

Hi, I’m a current junior and I’ve taken the ACT and SAT a couple of times. For the colleges I want to go to I kinda need like a 34 Composite but I have a current 30 (never taking the SAT again), and I also need to take the Math 2 Subject and I think Physics or something but I have no idea how to go about prepping for those and I’m honestly running out of time for everything and just a total mess please help lol.

for SAT try prepscholar. They have online practice that seems to work.

Also khan academy

alrighty thank you

Prep books, a prep class (a good one should actually teach you HOW to take the test), take many, many practice tests to get your familiarity and speed up. Bringing your ACT up from a 30 to a 34 might be a stretch, but I wouldn’t bother taking another test without implementing some additional serious prep (and don’t let your grades suffer in the meantime - kids overfocus on tests when many schools really focus on gpa).

For the ACT, you can use the Red Book as it has several practice ACT tests. From your previous tests, you could review which areas to focus on and start there. Understand your errors. More importantly, be sure to have a list of schools that include matches and safeties which means ones you can afford. There are so many good schools, find a good range where you fit. Good luck!

Alright thank you, by prep class do you mean online ones or in person?

Alright thank you I will try that out!

Crackact com is an extremely helpful resource. They have many practice tests from all the sections of the ACT as well as full practice tests.
