What are some methods of focusing when doing the Math section and reading passages?

Thank you,
PSAT tomorrow

reading passages: force yourself to love what you’re reading. it works.

math section: pretty hard to lose focus on individual questions, what problems do you have with this?

For Math. I can always find the mistake myself without looking at the explanations.

For example ( Dumb mistakes like this…): If .5 inches = 15 meters. How much inches equal 45 meters? Well, the actual problem was much longer

Without focusing or thinking, I pick the answer 3.

I get more nervous during the real PSAT/SAT and don’t make silly mistakes. Perhaps try going through every math section twice. I always spot a mistake or two during my second try.
