How do you keep your granite, ceramic tile and grout clean?

With so many products to choose from, what do you folks find works best?

Where is Jshain? He highly recommended Method Daily Granite Cleaner and that is what I use on my granite. I LOVE it and have recommended it to many others who also love it. I have Method All Purpose Cleaner which I use on the other surfaces in my kitchen (appliances, glass, etc). I don’t have grout that needs cleaning as mine is all sealed…I just use the Method all purpose.

For granite, I like SCI (Lowe’s, Home Depot) although I’ve used Method as well. I also seal every two years to prevent the stone from absorbing stains.

Method is the best. Don’t know why but it wipes off the quartz counter tops without leaving a film and it shines up to a gloss if you rub a towel across it even a little. I like the cucumber smelling one. Just the ordinary surface cleaner works.

I also really like Method granite cleaner. It works great on all types of granite, both indoors and out. Also use it on my marble bath counters/enclosures. Have no idea if it works on grout and ceramic tile, though. I would tend to think not.

The Method all purpose cleaner cleans ceramic tile just fine! Re: grout…I have only one word to suggest: SEAL.

I bleeping hate grout. I especially hate white grout. And I’m blown away that every TV house show has sparkling new white grout in kitchens and baths. IT WON’T STAY WHITE.

Where can Method Daily Granite Cleaner be purchased?

^ I buy it at Lowes.

You can buy Method Daily Granite Cleaner at Target, Lowes, BJs, on Amazon…even some grocery stores carry it. The Method product line is very good overall!
