<p>I’ve tried it many times and it isn’t working. As in this one is supposed to be all caps, but it isn’t (at least I doubt it will be).</p>
<p>You can’t do it because for readability reasons, College Confidential doesn’t allow thread titles to be all capitals or to have unusual capitalizations or attention-getting symbols or colors. Nonstandard titles that manage to bypass the filters are changed by moderators or the threads are removed.</p>
