I have just done my finance final a few days ago, and I am so worry that I will fail because I didn’t get the perfect answer…any tips to deal with post-exam anxiety?

What I do once exams are done to de-stress is hang out with my friends, do a hobby I love, and eat food/a snack I love, especially one I don’t let myself eat much. If you’re on a diet, let it go for that evening and maybe even the next day. If you’ve got a significant other and you’re “active” together, that can be a great way to de-stress. And also, try to stay positive! Think about happy things! Choose something that happened during the day that went great, maybe even better than expected and focus on it instead of the exams! Also remember that it’s done, you can’t change it now so stressing over what you MAY have done wrong is not worthwhile. Hope this helps and good luck!

Do something fun and relaxing. Worrying and stressing out about it isn’t going to change the outcome, and it’s not going to get you the grade any sooner. There’s no point to it. You’ve just gotta put it out of your head and try to unwind.
